For those of you who are theologically inclined here's a nice little talk on the Creed we recite every Sunday during the service of Holy Communion.

Bishop Erik Varden is a Cistercian monk. He's Norwegian but he became a monk here on our island - he entered Mount Saint Bernard Abbey in Leicestershire and ended up as it's abbot before heading back to Norway to be a bishop.
He's also got a very nice little series of meditations on the Desert Fathers. Well worth a listen if you have the time.
