Feast Your Eyes

Dear All,

I'd like to introduce you to a website I am subscribed to that dishes up beautiful works of art, paired with the daily Gospel reading and short reflections to go along with it.

One of the wonderful things about belonging to a more traditional, liturgical branch of Christianity is that we have always relied on more than just the spoken text of the Bible's message - we also ingest the message of God's love through art, music, architecture and ritual etc. 

St Paul exhorts us to contemplation with these words: Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things (Philippians 4:8).

The website is a great way to do exactly what St Paul suggests.
