The Time of Singing has Come

The flowers appear on the earth, 

the time of singing has come, 

and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land.

I was charmed by the picture (above) and the blog pairs it with the beautiful words from the Song of Solomon (also above).

She (Victoria, the woman who authors the blog) also posted this song (below). 

The three (Bible Verse, Picture and Song) complement each other nicely.

This little verse put a smile on my face:

And gone are the plaintive days of Lent :

The week of the cross with Christ we spent ;

Gather the flowers, the first that blow.
